Shipping Policy

All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends, sales, or holidays.  In the event of extremely high order volume, processing times may extend up to 5 business days. Standard shipping is 2-5 business days. Express shipping is 1-2 business days. We would like to inform you that if you order a pre-order item, there may be shipping delays as the item will be available to ship at a later date. 

All items are shipped via U.S. Postal Service and take approximately 2-5 business days once items are shipped, tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided with the purchase.

It is important to note that Kiyani Kouture cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays caused by lost, stolen, unclaimed packages, or incorrect shipping addresses. We will ship the package to the address provided by the customer at the time of purchase. To ensure timely delivery, please ensure that your shipping information is accurate.

Kiyani Kouture is not liable for lost or stolen packages. All domestic shipping includes insurance through USPS In the event of any issues, please file a claim at USPS.com or contact their customer service at 1-800-742-5877.

Please note: Packages that have been returned to us due to an incorrect mailing address will be subjected to additional shipping fees prior to reshipment.
